My name is Dan Starowicz and I am a Realtor with Premiere Plus Realty, Co. I have a number of Real Estate offices throughout SW Florida, with my main office being located in SE Cape Coral (4020 S. Del Prado Blvd, Suite B-2, Cape Coral, FL 33904). I specialize in Gulf access, waterfront homes and coastal/island properties near the area’s beaches. As a local resident for the past 33+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction. I also enjoy my share of boating in this region, so I can safely advise clients as to the pro’s and con’s of different area waterways, from a boaters perspective. It may not have the prettiest pictures or the flashiest format, but the substance should all be superior. Because I assemble this site bit by bit in my spare time, you might run into the occasional error. If you come across anything notable, I’d sure appreciate if you could point it out to me, that way I can correct it and everyone benefits from it. As far as other sites go: It’s my opinion far too many use the same cookie-cutter formats, which don’t do you any real good. They may also leave up old information to generate inquiries from interested buyers. That is not the case here! I want to empower the public to make intelligent, well informed decisions.
