Naples is an area well known for its opulence & beauty, surpassing nearly all other areas covered on this website. It is a wintertime retreat, offering miles of perfect beaches, beautiful blue waters, & an incredible number of golf courses. Some of the most expensive homes in Florida reside in this city, especially in the Old Naples area (Downtown Naples) and itís surrounding communities, such as Port Royal. For those considering Naples versus Fort Myers & Cape Coral, expect notably higher pricing points, especially on single family homes with Gulf access. But for buyers looking for the very best, Naples offers what few other places can match. I specialize in Gulf access, waterfront homes and coastal/island properties near the areaís beaches. As a local resident for the past 33+ years, I can safely say that I know this area quite well and bring my expertise to every transaction. I also enjoy my share of boating in this region, so I can safely advise clients as to the proís and conís of different area waterways, from a boaters perspective.
In addition to being a Realtor, I have a background with years of experience in the mortgage business and as a hands-on Real Estate Investor too. Iíve personally bought bank owned property, imminent foreclosures, short-sale property, auctioned properties and estate sale homes. I am experienced in handling transactions involving 1031 exchanges, estate sales, trusts, self directed IRA purchases, foreclosures, short sales and many others too.
